The hotel's rooftop terrace provides stunning views, especially in the early morning when the sky fills with colorful hot air balloons—a sight not to be missed. The cave rooms are a unique and charming feature, offering a blend of luxury and authenticity that we thoroughly enjoyed. Whether it's the helpful reception, the courteous catering team, or the diligent support staff, everyone at Ada Cave Suites is dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as possible. Ada Cave Suites is an amazing boutique hotel located in Gorome Town centre. The staff were very welcoming, always on hand 24/7 to answer any queries. Big shout out to the ladies in the Breakfast room, again wonderful friendly service with a nice, plentiful Turkish breakfast. We booked a room with 3 beds, it was very comfortable, lots of space and an abundance of fresh towels, good aircon and free water replenished daily. You can order wine and beer at the upstairs bar area, watch the sun set, refreshments most welcome after a full day touring. There are multiple terraces from which to view the town sights and of course the main event, daily Balloon flights. Some even flew directly overhead and we could see the people in the Balloon. Gorome in Cappadocia is a wonderful place to visit and I would 100% recommend Ada Cave Suites for fabulous, friendly accommodation.

They did a fantastic job and made it really special for us. I would love to stay there with them again.
